What data we collect

We collect only the data needed to run and improve the website:

  • Analytics data via Google Analytics 4 — only after you give consent. It includes, among others, an anonymous identifier, device and browser information, the referral source and how you use the site.
  • Data you voluntarily provide in the contact form — name, email address and message content — if you choose to fill it in.

We do not collect analytics data until you give consent in the banner. Until then, no analytics cookies are stored.

Cookies and consent

The website uses a consent mechanism (Google Consent Mode v2). By default, analytics collection is off. The banner lets you accept or reject, and your choice is remembered in your browser. You can withdraw consent at any time by clearing this site's data in your browser settings.

Purposes and legal basis

  • Traffic analytics — based on your consent (Art. 6(1)(a) GDPR).
  • Handling contact-form enquiries — based on our legitimate interest and to take steps prior to entering into a contract (Art. 6(1)(b) and (f) GDPR).

Data recipients and transfers outside the EEA

Analytics data is processed on our behalf by Google (Google Ireland Limited). This may involve transferring data outside the European Economic Area, based on Standard Contractual Clauses and the Data Privacy Framework. We do not sell personal data and do not share it with third parties for advertising.

Retention period

We keep analytics data for the period set in Google Analytics (by default up to 14 months). We keep contact-form messages for as long as needed to handle your request and in line with applicable law.

Your rights

You have the right to access your data, rectify it, erase it, restrict processing, port it, and to object, as well as to withdraw consent at any time. You also have the right to lodge a complaint with your data protection supervisory authority (in Poland: the President of the Personal Data Protection Office, UODO).
